How To Force Approve Transaction

The Force Approve section allows you to approve the transaction even if it does not meet the minimum withdrawal amount or turnover requirements.

  • User will need to input the Forfeit amount, and select Merchant Bank Account and Remark before proceed to Force Approve transaction.
  • An warning message will be displayed if it does not meet the minimum withdrawal amount or turnover requirements.
  • By clicking the Force Approve button, a confirmation message will appear, displaying the TXID, Amount, and Player details. Please review these details carefully before proceeding with the rejection.

  • Once force approved, you can filter the transaction listing by the "Approved" status to easily locate approved transactions. All details will be displayed in the listing.
