The View section allows you to view the task assigned detail.

  • Caller Remarks: Input the caller remark
  • Progress: Select the progress of the task assignment for caller. By default will select Not Called Yet.
    • Not Called Yet
    • Voicemail
    • No Pick Up
    • No Interesting
    • Is Deposited
    • Interesting
